The report is written w/ complete sentences, not checkboxes; we explain what we see, and most importantly, what it means to you.

Most inspection companies’ use outside systems or commercial report software that is not adequate to describe the unique conditions or concerns found in the Chicago market. Our inspection report system written by Kurt to reflect the special requirements found in Chicago; go to our sample report page to view a copy. The report is delivered via email; this allows us to distribute copies of the report immediately to all concerned parties. If email is not sufficient, we can fax, mail, or special deliver (@ additional cost) hard copy as necessary. We never discuss report findings w/ anyone other than the client unless specifically directed to do so by the client.
