If you are comparing price to my competitors, I charge more than most of my competitors because I know more & I do more. This takes time, & time costs money. I only do 2 inspections a day, so I can take the time necessary to focus on your investment. We don't rush
the process like volume inspection companies.
My minimum inspection fee is $400. This will cover an "average" 2-3 BR condo w/ exterior, or a small single family home. Larger homes with multiple heating systems run between $425-550. Various complex architectural components (slate roof, copper gutters, custom components), will add incremental $25 additional fees. Call us w/ specific descriptions of the home you are considering for purchase so that I can discuss your requirements & provide a hard quote.
2-4 flat buildings range from $450-650 depending on size & number of heating systems.
Commercial inspections will range from $750-2000 depending on a wide range of variables.
Condominium consulting projects can range anywhere from $400 for a simple roof inspection, to approximately $2000 for a complete write up of a large building. Custom pricing for specific inspection requirements is usually the most cost effective plan; call the office to
discuss specifics & obtain a hard quote.
Residential Remodeling & Consulting services are usually hourly billed @ $125 per hour, w/ cost dependent on complexity of the
